New Beginnings

I know this blog is very late. My real life has become very busy in the last month. I have a family member who is very sick. Unfortunately, next month, I will have to take another week off. Don’t you worry though, I will be back before you know it.

Now on to the events, this month, I stopped by Uber and found this really cute dress called the strappy dress with belt by Zenith. If pink isn’t your color, don’t fret, there are many other colors available to residents. This whimsy dress has a little bit of flare on the bottom of the dress–to give the illusion of blowing in the wind.

When I saw this dress, I knew it was perfect for an Easter photo. I looked in my inventory and found this cute face applier by Aidhona (which is no longer available) and bunny ears by Half Deer. I feel like a cute little bunny in my ears and face paint.

Finally, I named this post new beginnings, because springs always reminds me that tomorrow is a new day. The bees will buzz. The flowers will bloom. And I can bloom too in life.

Lately, I have been obsessed with soft, warm, and light colors. I think…I have spring fever. Is that even a thing? If not, it should be. Since, I’ve been in love with these wonderfully romantic color schemes, I just had to get this dress.

I headed over to this month’s latest Uber and found this beautiful dress by Zenith. It’s called the Ballerina Dress–which is appropriately named. I feel so glamorous and innocent. I just had to have it. If pink isn’t your forte, they offer a plethora of other colors to choose from: white, milk, rose, pink, frost, mint, golden, and black. In the photo above, I’m wearing the off white color–milk. I knew the perfect head accessory to go alone with this outfit, so I headed over at the chapter four.

Now, I can’t pass up a good head dress. I saw this one by Lode and instantly fell in love. I was able to find it on the market place. It’s called Blossoms [peony pastel]. It was available at a previous chapter four, but found it on the market place.You’ll probably see me wearing this around the grid

I’ve been going through some stuff in my rl and maybe away for a week in the future. If you don’t see me around, I’m surely causing havoc in real life. But I assure you it will only be for a week or so. I’ll be back and ready to blog :).

A Little Bit of Espionage….

 

So I had to start off with February’s theme of Collabor88–espionage. This had to be one of my favorite events last month. I bought out the place with little linden to spare–and I had a ball doing it. Unfortunately this post is a little later than I intended due to being sick, but fret not. There is still time to pick up some of these wonderful items. You better hurry though, because there is only a few days left.

One of the best things I bought is this gorgeous dress. Bravo to the designer, I’m going to be wearing this quite a bit. I couldn’t resist the color. It’s simply amazing. It’s by Pixicat–Femme Fatale Dress. I bought it in red, because it was so sultry that I couldn’t resist. It’s also available in eleven different colors–ranging from pastels to darker hues.

Also, I almost forgot, but one of my favorite items is this dangerous compact. You can go into mouse look and literally throw sharp objects at people–for all those griefers one might encounter. Bee.Bu and Tee*fy collaborated to create everyday items that have an edge to them. I highly recommend getting them. They’re different and fun.

Next, I went to The Arcade Gacha. By some mystical force, I was able to get into the arcade. So I did what any self respecting shopper would do. I took a chance and I pulled that lever, until I got my just desserts. What I’m trying to say is that I spent money on gachas. One of those delicious items was the new hair by Spellbound Last Smoke in earth tones. I will surely be wearing this hair for awhile, because I am in love.
