I’ve been meaning to blog for awhile. I took pictures. I had them ready to edit. Then something happened…I became very very very busy. This is one of my favorite times of the year. I love pumpkins, the leaves changing, apples, and all of the candy. I’m even a bit happier. I always look forward to Halloween. So, my real life took a front seat for a bit–decorating, baking, and all the preparations that come with this time of year. Despite my quote, I promise to fit in some fruits and vegetables in there. Although, I do like candy. Any way, I digress.
Since I’ve had this picture for awhile, I named this post Good Intentions. I had the intentions of blogging, but I had some other things pop up in my life. It’s okay. I’m going to forgive myself and move along. There’s so much great stuff inworld to see and do. It really is my favorite time of year in both worlds–costumes, decorations, and parties!!! I’m so excited and so incredibly happy.
Part of that happiness stems from this wonderful outfit that deserved an urban back drop for this picture. I talked to some really nice people inworld who suggested a great Sim called Soap which is an urban RP sim. It’s beautifully designed. I was very thankful for the suggestion. I hope others check out this sim as well.
Now on to this wonderful outfit, Kustom9 and Salem opened not too long ago. My hair is from the Salem. My hair is from Besom and Sayo. It’s called Hanted. There’s a hud included with this hair to change the color of the hat. I love the amount of curls and how they flow. Then, I headed over to Kustom9. I found this really great jacket and pair of jeans from Villena . I paired it with some of my favorite sneakers. It really pulled the outfit together.
You should really head over to both events. There’s some really great finds. Shopping inworld lately has been so much fun. My spirits have been completely lifted by a good friend back inworld again, after moving. It’s so great to have you back Matzu. I’m so happy to see you around.
Speaking of friends, and spirits, I was able to attend a haunted ride inworld at Portal Park 2B. In the above photo, Kira and I are getting in the spirit of Halloween. We had so much fun that day. I really recommend taking some time to go on a ride and enjoy the sites with a friend. It was really worth it and a great memory.
Another great memory was shopping at the Epiphany with her. We went completely broke there, but won some really fantastic items. Kira’s hair Arwen is from Truth and both of our shirts (lazy Sunday) are also from Truth, which is available at the epiphany. So try your luck at the machines! You just might win them. There’s so much fun to be had inworld. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. You can’t beat shopping, haunted rides, and going clubbing in costumes. I’ve had so much fun!!
So grab a friend and have a little bit of fun and get into the spooky spirit of things.
